18th Annual Meeting 7–9 JUNE 2018
The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre London, UK.

Dr Veronica Kinsler
18th ESPD Annual Meeting President

WELCOME

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the ESPD and the British Society for Paediatric Dermatology it is a great pleasure for me to Chair the Organising Committee of the 18th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Pediatric Dermatology (ESPD 2018), which will be held on the 7-9th of June 2018 in London, United Kingdom.

The scientific programme is very exciting, with worldwide expertise in both the chairs and speakers selected. The meeting will feature two parallel sessions breaking for six plenary Keynote Lectures. Further details can be found in the programme section of this website.

London is a vibrant, multicultural City.  The meeting will take place in The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, situated in the centre of London in the shadow of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. A welcome reception will take place on the first evening in the conference centre, to which all delegates are invited to network, catch up with old friends, and make some new ones.

ESPD 2018 will also see the launch of the ESPD mentorship scheme, in which all ESPD members will be eligible to sign up for a one hour one-to-one session of mentorship from a senior member of the society.  With this new scheme we hope to make it easier for everyone interested in a career in Paediatric Dermatology to get good career’s advice relevant to their stage of training.

Opportunities for presentation at this meeting are available to all participants, with submitted paper slots available within the main body of each meeting session, a dedicated case presentation session in the main auditorium chaired by the ESPD President Regina Folster-Holst, and structured poster presentations each lunchtime.

Please make a note of the registration deadline date. I look forward to seeing you in London!
